Empire Junk Pick Up is a full-service junk removal company built to handle anything an Inland Empire homeowner, landlord, contractor, or business owner can throw at us. Whether you have a single mattress that needs to disappear or an entire post-remodel debris field, we offer seven core services backed by flat-rate pricing, same-day availability, and a locally owned crew that treats your property the way we would treat our own.
Each service below has its own dedicated page with deep details, pricing context, and FAQ. If you are not sure which service fits your situation, just call (909) 561-0437. We will figure it out together.
Our Seven Core Services
Click any service for the full breakdown, or scroll for a quick overview of each.
Junk Removal
Our flagship service. Garage cleanouts, attic clearouts, basement haul-aways, yard debris, household clutter, estate cleanouts, foreclosure cleanouts, and anything in between. If it is not hazardous and you want it gone, this is the service for you.
Hot Tub Removal
Hot tubs and spas are heavy, awkward, and tricky to drain and dismantle. Our crew has the equipment and experience to do it safely, including draining the water responsibly, cutting the tub down to manageable pieces, and hauling everything away in a single appointment. Decking and gazebos can be added to the same job.
Furniture Removal
Couches, sectionals, recliners, mattresses, dressers, dining sets, office desks, and entire room sets. Single items or full home loads. Items in good condition are routed to local donation centers whenever possible.
Shed Removal
Wood, metal, and resin sheds. We handle the full demolition: empty the contents (or coordinate with you to set aside what you want to keep), tear down the structure, remove all the materials, and clean up the pad. Concrete pad removal can be added on request.
Piano Removal
Upright pianos, console pianos, baby grands, and full grand pianos. Pianos are extremely heavy and have specific lift points that an amateur will damage. Our crew has the dollies, straps, ramps, and stairwell technique to do it safely, with no scratched walls and no broken backs.
Construction Debris Removal
Drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, roofing, fixtures, doors, cabinets, windows, and other remodel waste. Residential or commercial. Single haul-aways or recurring contractor partnerships. We sort for clean-wood and metal recycling streams whenever possible.
Dumpster Rental
For projects that produce debris over multiple days or weeks, a dumpster on the driveway is the right tool. We offer 10-yard, 15-yard, and 20-yard dumpsters (with larger sizes available on request) at flat-rate pricing. Delivery, rental period, pickup, and disposal up to the included weight limit are all built into the quote.
How Our Services All Work the Same Way
Different services involve different equipment and techniques, but the customer experience is identical across all of them. Here is what every service shares.
Flat-Rate, All-Inclusive Pricing
Every service uses the same pricing philosophy. The quote you accept includes labor, the truck, fuel, dump and recycling fees, and tax. There are no surprise charges for stairs, distance from the curb, heavy items, or extra crew members.
Same-Day or Scheduled
Most calls received before noon get same-day service in our core service area. If you would rather schedule for a future date (the day after a contractor finishes, the morning of a move, the weekend after a holiday), we can lock in any window that works for you.
Two-Hour Arrival Windows
We do not give "we will be there sometime today" estimates. Every appointment gets a two-hour window, and you get a "we are 30 minutes out" text on the way.
Background-Trustable Crew
Every team member who shows up at your home or business is vetted, uniformed, and trained to respect property. No foul language, no dragging items across hardwood, no shortcuts.
Eco-Friendly Disposal
Across every service, we sort what we haul. Donations go to local charities. Metals go to recyclers. Mattresses go to mattress recycling when facilities accept them. Construction materials get sorted into clean wood, metal, and concrete streams. Whatever has to be landfilled goes to a state-permitted facility.
What We Take and What We Do Not
A common question across all our services is "will you take this?" Here is the short answer.
What We Take (Almost Everything)
- All furniture: couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, beds, mattresses, box springs, dining sets, coffee tables, bookcases, office furniture
- All appliances: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, water heaters, AC units
- Electronics: TVs, computers, monitors, printers, stereo equipment
- Yard waste: branches, hedge clippings, sod, dirt (in reasonable amounts), broken planters, pavers
- Construction debris: drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, roofing, fixtures
- Hot tubs, sheds, pianos, play structures, swing sets, trampolines
- Exercise equipment: treadmills, ellipticals, weight benches, free weights
- Carpet and padding
- Boxes, papers, books, clothing
- Hoarding situation contents
- Estate cleanout contents
What We Cannot Take
For safety, legal, and environmental reasons, we cannot take:
- Hazardous waste: wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, antifreeze, pesticides, household chemicals
- Asbestos-containing materials (call a licensed abatement contractor)
- Medical waste, sharps, and biohazard material
- Propane tanks and other compressed gas cylinders
- Ammunition, explosives, fireworks
- Tires (in some cases; call to confirm)
If you are unsure whether something qualifies, just ask. If we cannot take it, we will usually point you to the local hazardous waste drop-off that can.
Residential and Commercial Service
Empire Junk Pick Up serves both sides of the market.
Residential Services
Homeowners and renters call us for everything from one-item pickups to full property cleanouts. Common residential jobs include:
- Single furniture or appliance pickups
- Garage and basement cleanouts
- Whole-house cleanouts before a move or after a passing
- Yard waste hauling after a landscaping project
- Pool table, hot tub, and shed teardowns
- Hoarding cleanouts handled with discretion
- HOA-required exterior cleanouts before a property inspection
Commercial Services
We work with property managers, real estate agents, contractors, retailers, restaurants, and offices across the Inland Empire. Commercial services include:
- Office cleanouts and furniture removal during relocations
- Retail buildouts and tear-downs
- Restaurant equipment removal and disposal
- Foreclosure and eviction cleanouts for property managers
- Construction debris hauling on a recurring or per-job basis
- Storage unit cleanouts after a tenant default
- Apartment make-ready cleanouts for landlords between tenants
- Recurring trash and bulk pickup for properties with a routine waste stream
Volume pricing and scheduled-route arrangements are available for any business with regular hauling needs.
Why Bundle Services on the Same Visit
A surprising number of customers book a single service, then realize during the job that they could have added the side yard, the shed, the broken trampoline in the back, or the office cleanout on the same visit. We are happy to expand the job onsite, with a clear new total quoted before we touch the additional items.
When possible, plan for it. Bundling multiple items or services into one visit usually drops the per-item cost meaningfully, because the truck and the crew are already there. If you have a hot tub and a shed and old furniture, do not call us three times. Call us once.
Choosing the Right Service for Your Project
If your project does not fit neatly into a single service category, you are not alone. Most jobs we run are some combination of services on the same visit. Here is how to think about which page applies to your situation.
Single Item or Small Pile
If you have one couch, one mattress, one appliance, or a small pile of household clutter, the Junk Removal page covers your scenario.
Backyard Project With Multiple Items
If you are clearing out a backyard with a hot tub, a shed, old furniture, and yard waste, multiple services apply on the same visit. Start with the Hot Tub Removal or Shed Removal page (whichever is the bigger item), and add everything else as part of the same job.
Whole-House Cleanout
For an estate cleanout, foreclosure cleanout, hoarding situation, or move-out where the entire home needs to be cleared, the Junk Removal page is your starting point. Furniture, appliances, electronics, and household items are all handled together.
Remodel or Demo Aftermath
If your project is producing drywall, lumber, flooring, or other build-related debris, the Construction Debris Removal page applies. Contractor and DIY projects are both welcome.
Specific Heavy Item
For pianos, hot tubs, or anything that requires specialized equipment or technique to remove safely, go straight to the dedicated service page. These items are priced and handled differently from general junk because of the specialized labor involved.
When in doubt, just call (909) 561-0437. We figure out the right service combination on the phone in two minutes, and your final flat-rate quote covers everything regardless of how many service pages your job touches.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is junk removal priced?
Junk removal is priced by volume, meaning how much space your items take up in the truck. Empire Junk Pick Up uses flat-rate pricing that includes labor, the truck, fuel, disposal fees, recycling fees, and tax. Smaller jobs (a single recliner, a mattress, a few boxes) are priced as single-item pickups. Larger jobs are priced as a fraction of a truckload (one-eighth, one-quarter, half, three-quarter, full).
Can you handle a full-house cleanout?
Yes. Whole-house cleanouts are one of our specialties. We handle estates, foreclosures, hoarding situations, evictions, and post-passing cleanouts. We typically arrive with a larger crew and may use multiple truckloads on a single visit.
Do you offer recurring or contract service for businesses?
Yes. Property managers, contractors, and other businesses with regular hauling needs can set up recurring service or per-job contracts at favorable volume pricing. Call (909) 561-0437 to discuss.
Can you take donations to a specific charity for me?
In most cases, yes, if the charity is in our service area and accepts the items. Many of our customers ask us to drop off intact furniture or working appliances at specific local programs they support. Mention it on the phone.
Do you remove playsets, swing sets, and trampolines?
Yes. Backyard playsets, swing sets, and trampolines are common removal jobs, especially in spring and summer. We disassemble them onsite and haul away every piece.
Do you do demolition?
We do soft demolition for items like sheds, hot tubs, decks, fences, and small backyard structures. We do not do structural building demolition (load-bearing walls, full home demolition, foundation work). For those jobs, you need a licensed demolition contractor.
What if my items are wet, dirty, or in poor condition?
Not a problem. Most things we haul are in poor condition. That is the point. As long as the items are not hazardous, we will load them up, even if they are wet, moldy, broken, or filthy.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are already structured to be lower than national franchise pricing for the same job. We are not running a haggle culture. That said, larger jobs, recurring jobs, and bundled services are priced more favorably per unit, and we are happy to be flexible on scheduling to fit a tighter budget.
