We give you a flat-rate quote that includes delivery, the rental period, pickup, and disposal of the debris up to the included weight limit.

Step 2: Schedule Delivery

We work seven days a week, so dumpster delivery can usually happen the same day or next day. We coordinate a delivery window and confirm placement details before we roll out.

Step 3: We Drop the Dumpster

Our driver arrives at the scheduled window and places the dumpster in your designated spot, usually the driveway. We use plywood under the dumpster wheels or feet to protect concrete and asphalt surfaces.

Step 4: You Fill It at Your Pace

Load on your timeline. Most rentals come with a standard rental period (commonly several days, with longer periods available on request). Fill it as you go, working evenings, weekends, or whenever the project allows.

Step 5: We Pick It Up

Dumpster Size

The bigger the dumpster, the higher the rental cost. Pick a size that fits your project. Oversizing wastes money; undersizing forces a swap.

Rental Period

Standard rental periods cover most projects. Longer rentals are available at additional cost. We are flexible on extensions; just let us know in advance.

Weight Allowance

Each dumpster comes with an included weight allowance (tonnage). Heavier debris (concrete, tile, dirt, roofing tile) hits the weight allowance faster than lighter debris (furniture, drywall, cardboard). Overage fees apply if the load exceeds the allowance. We discuss expected debris weight on the phone so you can pick the right size.

Type of Debris

Some debris streams (clean concrete, clean dirt, mixed C&D, household trash) have different disposal costs at the dump. Mixed debris is fine; we just want to know roughly what is going in so the quote is accurate.

Location

Permits and Placement
