Every renovation project produces a mountain of debris that nobody wants to deal with. Drywall scraps, broken tile, ripped-out flooring, demo lumber, old fixtures, used roofing, busted cabinets, framing offcuts, and the dust-covered packaging from every new fixture going in. The contractor will not haul it. The standard trash service will not take it. The HOA will start writing letters within days of the dumpster hitting the driveway. Empire Junk Pick Up solves it.
We pick up construction debris from homeowners doing weekend remodels, from contractors finishing residential and commercial jobs, and from property managers in between turnovers. Single haul-aways, multiple-truck cleanouts, and recurring contractor partnerships are all available. Same-day service across most of the Inland Empire. Flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing. Call (909) 561-0437.

Who We Serve
Construction debris removal is one of our most flexible services because it serves four distinct customer types.
DIY Homeowners
Weekend warriors knocking out a bathroom remodel, a kitchen refresh, a flooring replacement, or a backyard project. We come once at the end of the demo (or at the end of the entire job) and clear out the debris in a single visit.
General Contractors and Remodelers
We work with general contractors and specialty trade contractors throughout the Inland Empire. We can be scheduled per-job, on a recurring basis, or on-call for as-needed pickups. Many contractors prefer this to renting a dumpster because there is no rental period to manage and no permit to pull for street placement.
Specialty Trades
Roofers, flooring installers, cabinet installers, drywall crews, painters, and demo crews all use us for end-of-job debris removal. We offer trade pricing for repeat business.
Property Managers and Real Estate Agents
Construction debris also comes up during property turnovers, inherited properties being prepared for sale, or post-tenant repairs. We work with property managers and agents to clean up debris alongside any junk removal needs.
Junk Removal vs Dumpster Rental
A common question for construction debris jobs is whether to hire a junk removal service or rent a dumpster. The right answer depends on your project.
Junk Removal Is Better When:
- You want one visit at the end of the project and the debris is already piled up
- Your project is small enough that a dumpster would be mostly empty
- You want to avoid HOA issues, permit pulls for street dumpsters, and rental-period limits
- You do not want a giant container in your driveway for two weeks
- You need same-day pickup at the end of a job
Dumpster Rental Is Better When:
- Your project will run several days or weeks and produce ongoing debris
- You want to load at your own pace
- You have driveway space and no HOA restrictions
- The total volume is large enough to justify a multi-day rental
Empire Junk Pick Up offers both junk removal and dumpster rental. For most residential and small commercial projects, our flat-rate junk removal pickup is faster and easier. For longer projects with debris piling up over multiple days, our dumpster rental service is the better fit. We help you pick whichever is genuinely cheaper and more practical for your specific job.
How Our Construction Debris Removal Works
Step 1: Photos and Quote
Photos of the pile (or piles) plus a quick description of the debris type help us quote accurately. Drywall and clean wood are lighter; concrete, tile, and roofing are heavier and incur higher dump fees. Text photos to (909) 561-0437 or use the form above. Quotes go out within minutes during business hours.
Step 2: Schedule the Pickup
Construction debris pickups are often scheduled around the end of a workday, the end of a week, or the end of a project phase. We work around contractor schedules and weekend DIY timing.
Step 3: We Load and Haul
Crew arrives at the scheduled window, loads the debris (we bring our own protection, sweep brooms, and shovels for finer debris), and hauls everything away.
Step 4: Sort and Dispose
Construction debris gets sorted at our staging area or at sorting facilities. Clean wood is routed to wood recyclers. Metals go to scrap. Drywall goes to drywall recycling where available, or to a state-permitted disposal facility. Concrete and tile go to concrete recyclers when feasible. Asphalt shingles go to roofing recyclers or landfill depending on local options.
Step 5: Sweep and Done
We sweep the loading area, do a final walk-through, and collect payment.
Construction Debris Pricing Factors
Volume
The most important factor. Construction debris is priced like all junk removal, by truck volume. A small pile is a small price. A full driveway full of demolished bathroom is a larger price.
Material Type
Debris weight matters because of dump fees. Drywall, clean wood, and packaging are relatively light. Concrete, tile, brick, and roofing materials are heavy and incur higher dump fees per ton. Mixed-debris piles are quoted at a blended rate.
Access
Driveway pickup is the easy case. Backyard pickup, or pickup from inside a partially demolished structure, takes longer. Tight access points (narrow side gates, steep driveways) add labor.
Recurring vs One-Time
Recurring contractor partnerships are priced at trade rates that are lower per-pickup than one-time consumer pricing.
Sorting
If the debris is already sorted (clean wood in one pile, drywall in another, metal in another), we can route the loads more efficiently and the price reflects that. Mixed debris is fine; it just takes more sorting on our end, which is reflected in the standard quote.

Eastern Los Angeles County (Pomona, Claremont, La Verne) is also accommodated for contractor accounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take drywall and broken-up wall material?
Yes. Drywall is one of the most common construction debris items we haul. We take broken pieces, scraps, and full sheets removed during demo. Drywall is routed to drywall recycling where local facilities are available.
Can you take concrete and broken tile?
Yes, in reasonable amounts. Concrete and tile are heavy, so dump fees are higher per ton, and very large concrete-only loads (a full driveway demo, for example) may be priced separately. Broken patio pavers, small concrete chunks, and tile from a bathroom or kitchen remodel are normal pickups for us.
Will you take asphalt shingles after a roof replacement?
Yes. Roofing tear-off debris is a routine pickup. Many roofing contractors use us as their end-of-job hauler.
Do you work with contractors on recurring jobs?
Absolutely. Recurring contractor accounts are priced at trade rates and scheduled around your job timeline. Call (909) 561-0437 to set up an account.
Do you take hazardous construction materials?
We cannot take asbestos-containing materials. If your project involves popcorn ceiling, older floor tile (pre-1980s), older insulation, or pipe wrap that may contain asbestos, you need a licensed asbestos abatement contractor first. We can take the non-hazardous remainder.
We also cannot take wet paint, motor oil, or other hazardous waste. Empty paint cans (fully dry) are usually fine.
Will you load the debris yourselves?
Yes. Loading is included in our flat-rate quote. You do not have to drag, shovel, or pile anything. If you want to pre-pile to save time and possibly reduce the quote, that is fine.
How fast can you come pick up debris?
Same-day pickup is available across most of the Inland Empire when you call before noon. Contractor accounts can usually schedule next-day or scheduled-route pickups.
Do you provide receipts for tax or accounting purposes?
Yes. We provide email receipts for every job, which is useful for contractors, landlords, and anyone tracking the cost as a business expense.
Can you haul a full kitchen remodel demo in one trip?
Most kitchen remodels produce a quarter to half a truckload of debris (cabinets, countertops, flooring, drywall, packaging). Larger kitchens or kitchens with extensive flooring removal may push closer to three-quarters of a truck. We quote based on the actual volume and one trip is usually sufficient.
What if my project produces ongoing debris over a few weeks?
For long projects, you have two options: schedule multiple pickups as the debris accumulates (a popular contractor approach), or rent a dumpster for the full project. Both work, and we offer both. See our Dumpster Rental page for size options, pricing factors, and rental periods.
